Q. How will I know if my order was delivered?
A. When your order is shipped, we will email you the U.S. Postal Service
Delivery Confirmation number. You can verify delivery date and time either
online or by calling an automated toll free number. Click here for details.

Q. How does the fudge hold up during shipment?
A.
Our fudge is specially formulated and packaged to hold up in the mail.
During the summer months, the fudge may soften a bit but will hold its shape
and firm up again when allowed to cool, with no loss of quality.

Q. How does the fudge last?
A. That depends on how well you hide it! Seriously, sealed in its original
packaging, our fudge stays fresh and moist for about 2 weeks. Once opened, it is best kept in the original package and placed in a zip lock bag. Store at
room temperature and and eat within 2 weeks of receipt.

Q. Do you ship to other countries?
A. Prices posted on our website include delivery to U.S. and Canada. We
do not encourage shipment to other countries. Shipping costs become high
and transit times uncertain.

Q. How quickly after I place my order will it be sent out?
A. If you order in the morning, your order will likely be sent out that same
day. Otherwise, your order will be sent out no later that noon of the
following day.

Q. Do you plan to have a Christmas card or a Valentine card?
A.
We have a new Christmas card . For Valentine's Day, we
suggest the Teddy Bear card (it has a small red heart motif on the
rocking horse). The Puppies or Flowers are also nice for Valentine's Day.  We are in the process of designing cards for all major holidays.
